Dr. Tanya Gilbert's series, Small Changes, is a 30-day Behavior Enhancement Program (BEP) personalized to address each individual’s specific needs concerning difficulties sleeping, challenges with stress/anxiety, and overall well-being and low energy. BEP utilizes a holistic approach that applies various techniques customized to meet each individuals’ specific challenges.
