Retreat Rescheduled
Dear Participants,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you that the Women’s Breaking Boundaries Retreat scheduled for May 15-19, 2025 has been rescheduled to November 2025. This decision was made to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for all attendees.
We believe that this additional time will allow us to enhance the program, offering even more enriching activities and opportunities for personal growth and connection among participants. Our commitment is to create a truly transformative experience, and we are confident that this postponement will contribute to a more engaging and impactful retreat.

SMALL CHANGES
Dr. Tanya Gilbert's series, Small Changes, is a 30-day Behavior Enhancement Program (BEP) personalized to address each individual’s specific needs concerning difficulties sleeping, challenges with stress/anxiety, and overall well-being and low energy. BEP utilizes a holistic approach that applies various techniques customized to meet each individuals’ specific challenges.
